1. Non-Refundable Services

All fees paid to The Aesthetic Compliance Co. LLC. for compliance-related services are non-refundable. This policy reflects the extensive time, expertise, and resources we dedicate to tailoring each client’s service package from the outset.

2. Service Completion

  • Obligation to Perform: We are committed to delivering all agreed-upon services in accordance with our service agreement.

  • Early Termination: If a client chooses to discontinue services before the agreement is fulfilled, the no refund policy still applies, regardless of how much of the project is complete at the time of termination.

 

3. Client Satisfaction

  • Open Communication: We encourage clients to communicate any concerns or service issues promptly.

  • Issue Resolution: While refunds are not available, our team will work diligently to resolve any concerns and ensure compliance standards are met to your satisfaction.

 

4. Modifications to Services

  • Scope Adjustments: Should the scope of work change after services begin, we are open to discussing amendments to the service agreement.

  • Additional Costs: Requests that extend beyond the original agreement may incur additional fees, which will be discussed and approved in writing before any extra work is performed.

By purchasing compliance services from The Aesthetic Compliance Co. LLC.  you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy. This policy is provided for your review prior to finalizing any service agreement.
